The firing temperature of ceramics is the core parameter that determines the transparency, strength, and glaze color performance of the finished product. Zhongqiang Ceramics relies on intelligent CNC kilns and patented firing processes to accurately control temperature according to different clay, glaze, and vessel types, achieving high-quality delivery with "zero color difference and zero deformation".
Scientific analysis of ceramic firing temperature
1、 Basic temperature range
1. Ceramics: 800 ℃ -1100 ℃ (coarse pottery tableware, artistic vessels)
2. Hard porcelain: 1280 ℃ -1220 ℃ (high-end white porcelain and celadon tableware for hotels)
3. Reinforced bone china: 1220 ℃ -1250 ℃ (high transparency lightweight type)
*Note: Zhongqiang Porcelain Industry's blue porcelain follows the national standard (GB/T 10811-2023), and the firing temperature is strictly controlled at 1300 ℃± 5 ℃.
2、 Three stage temperature control process
1. Plain burning stage (600 ℃ -900 ℃): Remove moisture and organic matter from the billet, shape the basic structure, and heat up at a rate of ≤ 80 ℃/h.
2. Glazing stage (1200 ℃ -1220 ℃): a critical period for glaze melting and ceramicization, with intelligent adjustment of oxidation/reduction atmosphere to ensure pure and impurity free glaze color.
3. Constant temperature refining (peak temperature insulation for 2-3 hours): eliminates micro stress, improves mechanical strength and thermal stability.
3、 Special process temperature adaptation
1. Kiln transformation glaze: High temperature reduction flame at 1320 ℃ -1350 ℃, naturally forming flowing texture (error ≤ 3 ℃).
2. Relief gilding: secondary low-temperature re firing (760 ℃ -800 ℃) to ensure the luster of the gold decoration does not oxidize.
